You will find tools to help you discern where you are over and under accountable, practices to move through overwhelming emotions, and more!

  • Can I take this course at my own pace?

    Yes! The material is pre-recorded so you can start whenever you want to and move at your own learning pace.

  • How long will I have access to the material?

    You will have access to to the material for an unlimited amount of time - so you can practice as much as you need.

  • Can I take this course with others?

    Yes, you absolutely can watch videos together and explore the somatic practices as a group. I just ask that each person contribute their own sliding scale donation.

  • Is the video material captioned?

    Yes, there are captions for video material.
